The RODOS Ash Meter is a device intended for measuring coal quality in underground mines and at coal processing facilities. The RODOS system is installed on a belt conveyor and enables continuous measurement of ash content and mass of materials such as hard coal, lignite, brown coal, and waste materials.
RODOS provides:
Real-time qualitative and quantitative control of:
raw output and feed to the processing plant,
coal transported directly from the mine to the power plant
A wide measurement zone – ensuring high representativeness of results
No influence of material chemical composition or moisture on ash content measurement accuracy
Adaptability to industrial control systems
User-friendly software, customizable to the user's needs, with network operation capability
Integration with dispatch systems and production balancing systems
FULL OPERATIONAL SAFETY – CONTAINS NO ARTIFICIAL SOURCES OF IONIZING RADIATION
